Overview

OnBase is a document imaging and management solution used by departments to electronically collect, store, and manage scanned documents and business files. 

Who can use this Service?

Any departments affiliated with JMU that wants to scan and electronically store documents may use OnBase.  Initial setup, access, and training are required and provided by Information Technology.

How can I get this Service?

Submit an OnBase Implementation Request including department name and contact information, and a representative from Information Technology will follow up to complete an Imaging Project Requirements form.

For access to an existing OnBase implementation, submit an Access Request.
