Overview

JMU is an authorized service provider for Dell and Apple computers. Information Technology facilitates hardware repair service for JMU-owned Dell and Apple equipment if the unit is tagged with an Equipment Service Number (ESN). 

Information Technology also provides repair and maintenance services for HP and Dell printers, and limited support for other makes of printers.

The Madison CyberZone Service Center at the JMU Bookstore offers repair services for Apple and Dell personally-owned computers.

JMU-owned - Requests for repairs should be submitted through the IT Help Desk by phone at (540) 568-3555.

Personally-owned - The Madison CyberZone Service Center at the JMU Bookstore offers repair services for Apple and Dell computers.
