Medication Safety/Disposal Resources
We have some new, free medication safety resources available at UHC! This includes medication lock boxes for safe medication storage and medication deactivation packets for safe medication disposal. These items can be found on the 1st floor in Urgent Care and Pharmacy as well as on the 2nd floor at the front desk. These resources (and more) are also available for free to the community. Monday–Wednesday 7:45 a.m.–4:45 p.m.
Thursday 9 a.m.–4:45 p.m.
Friday 7:45 a.m.–4:45 p.m.
Clinics closed for lunch 11:45 a.m.–12:45 p.m.
Pharmacy closed for lunch noon–1 p.m.
Online scheduling is available or you can call 540-568-6178 for an appointment. The Urgent Care clinic accepts walk-ins for needs such as acute injuries, female UTIs and more.
If JMU is closed or delayed, the UHC will be on the university's schedule. If you have an appointment during the time we're closed, please reschedule using MyJMUChart or by calling 540-568-6178 option 2.
