How can I get this Service?

Browse the Course Listing then login into MyMadison.  To register, click the Employee tab, then Request Training Enrollment, click Search by Course number  enter IT in the search box. All of the IT courses with their available sessions will appear. All registrations will received an email confirmation.

How do I cancel a course?
To cancel a confirmed course, up to 48 hours before the course, log into MyMadison, click the Employee tab, Click Training Summary page, Click drop the course. If it is within the 48 hours before start of class, please call (540) 568-8046 or email ittraining@jmu.edu.

Is there a “no show” charge?
Yes. If you do not attend a course and have not cancelled your registration, your department may be charged $25 for each missed IT Training course.

How do I request a disability-related accommodation?
Contact IT Training at (540) 568-8046 at least two weeks prior to the class.
