How can I get this Service?

Faculty and Staff: Faculty and Staff: log into https://office.com using your full JMU email address (eID@jmu.edu). Click the app launcher grid in the upper left and choose OneDrive for Business.

Students: log into https://dukes.jmu.edu using your full Dukes email address (eID@dukes.jmu.edu). Click the app launcher grid in the upper left and choose OneDrive for Business.

Can I share my documents with someone who is not a JMU employee or student?
Yes

How does sharing work?
You may share a single document, a library, or a site to users both inside and outside JMU.  The end user will get an email with the link to the shared item.

Can users be alerted when documents change?
Yes.  Users can create their own alert or a SharePoint site owner can create alerts for other users.

How do I sync a library on my computer with my OneDrive for Business?

Which browser works the best? 
Most browsers are supported; however, some features work best in Edge.
