Announcement: Qualtrics is deprecating Classic Reports on June 30th, 2020.

After June 30th, 2020, you will lose access to any reports which were created with Classic Reports, including scheduled emails and public reports. If you have not already done so, Qualtrics encourages you to rebuild reports on the Advanced Reports platform and to download a PDF copy of existing reports you wish to keep.

Accounts

To create or access your personal JMU Qualtrics account, log in using https://jmu.qualtrics.com

  • Students will authenticate with the same JMU credentials used to access MyMadison and DUO, not dukes email credentials.
  • Faculty and staff will authenticate using JMU credentials and DUO.


Existing Department or Research accounts

Please contact ask-oir@jmu.edu to request assistance for accessing department or research accounts. The university no longer sets up department or class accounts.

Reports

Qualtrics is deprecating the classic reports format that we have been using for the past 12 years, and those reports will not be available after the end of June. If you have reports that you still need to review, we suggest you download the survey, data and reports. Then you can view them when needed. Otherwise, consider deleting the old reports and surveys.

Moving forward, you will use the new report format, Advanced Reports.
