Pending Case: if listed as “yes,” the organization has pending alleged policy violation(s) with OSARP; the organization currently remains in good disciplinary standing with the university since an organization is presumed Not Responsible for any pending alleged policy violation(s) and no decision has been made in the case.
In Good Disciplinary Standing: the organization is not on probation with JMU, has not been suspended or expelled from JMU, but may have pending alleged policy violation(s) with OSARP.
On Probation & In Good Disciplinary Standing: probation means the organization has a specified period in which the organization may be assigned more severe outcomes if found responsible for another violation of university policy; an organization on probation is still in good disciplinary standing with the university.
Interim Suspension: the organization has pending alleged policy violation(s) with OSARP and has been notified of a restriction on all organizational activities; the organization currently remains in good disciplinary standing with the university since an organization is presumed Not Responsible for any pending alleged policy violation(s) and no decision has been made in the case.
Interim Suspension – Specific Provisions Only: the organization has pending alleged policy violation(s) with OSARP and has been notified of a restriction on specific organizational activities (click the organization’s name to view the specific provisions of the Interim Suspension); the organization currently remains in good disciplinary standing with the university since an organization is presumed Not Responsible for any pending alleged policy violation(s) and no decision has been made in the case.
Suspended/Expelled: the organization’s recognition has been revoked by the university for a specified period (Suspended) or permanently (Expelled) as the result of an OSARP process; the organization is not in good disciplinary standing with the university.
