Deferred Suspension through Spring 2025; this will include once-a-month review meetings between a FSL staff member, Administrative Office Staff Member, and the President and/or designated Executive Team member(s) in attendance. After 1 year (Spring 2024), the full team will revisit the deferred suspension to possibly downgrade to Disciplinary Probation; Membership Review conducted by Pi Kappa Phi administrative office, Starting April 24, 2023; Confrontation & Accountability Workshop facilitated by Pi Kappa Phi administrative office with 90% chapter attendance (provide proof of completion to FSL office), Due September 1, 2023; New Membership Experience Workshop Series with 90% chapter attendance (provide proof of completion to FSL office), due November 1, 2023; Social Host Management Workshop facilitated by JMU FSL team with 90% chapter attendance (provide proof of completion to FSL office) with social restriction where the chapter can only host events with alcohol at a third-party vendor (restaurant, hotel, event venue, etc.) until completion, due November 1, 2023; Completion of all additional Pi Kappa Phi administrative office requirements. Provide proof of completion to FSL staff.
