Incident(s) Description:
The organization was found responsible for the following behaviors that occurred on 11-1-25: Planning, registering, and hosting an event at an organizational location on Mountain View Drive that created excessive noise, disrupted and obstructed the normal living and work environments of other individuals and the community, and created an unnecessary burden on university or first responder resources.
Outcome(s):
Restorative Circle (by the end of the Spring 2026 semester): All executive leaders (current year and previous year) must attend and complete a Restorative Circle, facilitated by the Office of Student Accountability & Restorative Practices, including any agreed-upon or facilitator-assigned outcome(s).
