We Are Accepting New Clients

The Counseling Center has expanded its telehealth service offerings and is now accepting new student clients.

To access services, a student may call the Counseling Center (540-568-6552), Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

The student will provide basic information to front desk staff, complete online forms, and teleconference with a clinician. The entire process may take up to two hours from start to finish, depending on the number of students being served.

The student must have access to a private setting with a strong internet connection. Possible treatment recommendations include referrals to: a Counseling Center telehealth service (available only to students who are located in Virginia), other appropriate campus resources, a community provider near the student’s physical location, and/or self-help resources.
