• Go to the TimelyCare app or timelycare.com/jmu to log into your account, or create an account if you haven’t already. Be sure to use your JMU email address.
• You will need to enter the Service Key T88WGW to access Psychiatry services.
  • On the TimelyCare platform, go to the ACCOUNT tab and click “Add A Service”.
  • Enter in the service key access code (T88WGW).
• Go back to your account home page and click “Get Care”.
• You should now see the “Psychiatry” tile in addition to your other services when starting a visit.
• Do not share your Service Key. If you have any trouble, reach out to the TimelyCare Customer Support team at 833-484-6359 or help@timely.md.

Be sure to attend your scheduled appointments, or reschedule 24 hours in advance if you are not able to attend. A student will lose access to Timely Psychiatry after 2 no show appointments.

JMU's UHC Pharmacy now fills some prescriptions written by off-campus medical providers. Common medications that can be filled include Lexapro, Zoloft, Prozac, and Lamictal. Common medications that cannot be filled include Strattera, Seroquel, Effexor, and Cymbalta. Refer to this prescription formulary or call the pharmacy (540-568-5553) for more information about what prescriptions are able to be filled.

If your medication is carried by the JMU Pharmacy, you can select it when scheduling your next TimelyCare Psychiatry appointment in the TimelyCare app. When scheduling, you will be prompted to "Add Pharmacy." In the Pharmacy Name section, type "JMU." Under the Pharmacy Specialty dropdown menu, UN-Check all options and select "done". For City leave it blank or type "Harrisonburg." Zip code can be blank or enter "22807." In the State dropdown, select "Virginia." Then select the blue "Find Pharmacies" button. The JMU Pharmacy should appear as an option. Click the blue "Select" button to add it. During your appointment, discuss with your provider the limited medications available to ensure what is prescribed can be filled at the JMU Pharmacy. If it cannot be filled at that location your provider can send the prescription to another local pharmacy.
