What do I do at the Counseling Center?

I am a Graduate Assistant at the Counseling Center, and my work involves holding psychoeducational workshops as part of the Counseling Center’s Outreach Services. These workshops educate students on mental health and wellness related topics and provide them with information about the services the Counseling Center provides.

What do I do at JMU outside of the Counseling Center?

I am currently in my first year of JMU’s M.A./Ed.S. Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. When I’m not studying, sleeping, or at the Counseling Center, I like to crochet—though I have yet to finish any of my projects!
