Friday, August 15– DAY 1: Check-in and Move-in

1:30 pm- Lunch at D-Hall
3:00 pm- Review of Orientation Folder with a LINKER
4:00 pm- Pick-up at Megabus stop
5:00 pm- Shopping (Meet at Godwin Hall/Megabus Stop)
7:00 pm- Dinner at E-Hall
8:00 pm- Move-in to Residence Hall
Saturday, August 16 – DAY 2: Check-in and Move-in
11:45 am- Lunch at D-Hall
1:30 pm- Games at TDU
2:30 pm- Walking Tour from TDU to East Campus for Students
2:30pm- Parent Session at Holland Yates Hall/Center for Global Engagement 2nd Floor
4 pm – 7 pm Welcome Picnic at UREC
8 pm Meet your FROG Group at your residence hall
Sunday, August 17-DAY 3: REQUIRED ORIENTATION SESSIONS
8:30 am Breakfast at CGE (2nd Floor Holland Yates Hall)
9:00 am Welcome from Director
9:15 am- Session 1: Academic Expectations
10:15 am- Break
10:30 am- Session 2: Navigating Cultural Adjustment
11:15 am- LINKer Time
11:45 am- Session 3: Health Insurance
12:30 pm- Lunch at CGE
1:30 pm- Session 4: Immigration
2:30 pm- Return to Residence Halls/Tour
4 pm- Meet your FROG Group to attend Convocation
