Listed below are the penalties for infractions against the travel charge card. The penalties will be standard to all cardholders and no exceptions will be made. If you have any questions please contact Tina Wells at 568-6231 (wells2tm@jmu.edu) or Tanya Shifflett at 568-7395 (shiffltl@jmu.edu).
Delinquencies:

1 - 30 days delinquent: email warning

31 - 60 days delinquent: suspension until paid

61 - 90 days delinquent: suspended and payment in full will be deducted from employee's pay and sent to Bank of America
-
91 - 120 days delinquent: permanently closed if balance is not paid in full prior to reaching the 91 days' delinquency
Non-travel related personal charges on travel card:
-
1st time: email warning
-
2nd time: card permanently revoked
