There are a lot of resources you can access online to support your wellbeing and mental health. We recommend integrating the resources on this page into your routine in a variety of ways. It could be part of your daily routine, how you start your day, a nice self-care activity, an intervention to manage mental health symptoms, or as a way to recharge after a challenging interaction. 

If you aren't sure where to start, look at your current routine and make sure you are doing something across these 5 domains everyday; social, fun, productive, relaxing/peaceful, and physical.
