Small Group Training

Looking for a personal training experience in a group setting? Then Small Group Training is just the thing for you. Join others and workout with a single goal in mind. These 6-week sessions will each focus on different aspects of fitness for the well-rounded athlete; from yoga to running, find the group that is right for you!

Spring 2020 Schedule

The second Spring Small Group Training session of the semester will take place March 30 - April 7, 2020. The price for one 6-week session of a class is $50.

Demo Classes will take place March 16th - 27, 2020 and are free.

All Small Group Training fees are non-refundable.

Indoor Bootcamp

  • Monday & Wednesday, 5:00-6:00 p.m., Group Exercise Studio 1

Couch to 5K

  • Monday & Wednesday, 5:30-6:30 p.m., Personal Training Room

Total Body Shred

  • Tuesday & Thursday, 5:00-6:00 p.m, Multi-Purpose Studio
