Small Group Training

Looking for a personal training experience in a group setting? Then Small Group Training is just the thing for you. Join a community and workout with a single goal in mind. These 6-week sessions focus on specific formats and skills to provide progressive and focused exercise programming. UREC offers Demo Classes so you can try out a class before purchasing registration for a Small Group Training series.

Registration Instructions:

  • Go to urecregister.jmu.edu
  • Log in with your E-ID
  • In the Search Programs box, type in Small Group Training
  • Ensure that the correct semester is selected on the left hand side
  • Select the program you'd like to sign up for
  • Register!
January 2023 Schedule

The first 6-week Small Group Training series is called Pedal, Power, Pose. It includes 20 minutes of cycle, 20 minutes of full body strength, and 20 minutes of yoga for a workout that challenges both body and mind. All levels are welcome!
