Small Group Training

Looking for a personal training experience in a group setting? Then Small Group Training is just the thing for you. Join a community and workout with a single goal in mind. These 6-week sessions focus on specific formats and skills to provide progressive and focused exercise programming. From Barre to Cycle, find the group that is right for you!

  • Log in with your E-ID
  • In the Search Programs box, type in Small Group Training
  • Ensure that the correct semester is selected on the left hand side
  • Select the program you'd like to sign up for
  • Register!
Fall 2020 - 2nd Session Schedule

The second Fall Small Group Training session of the semester will take place October 26-December 11, 2020. The price for one 6-week session of a class is $50.

Demo Classes will take place October 19-23, 2020 and are free.

All Small Group Training fees are non-refundable.

Second 6-week offerings include:

Cycle 

Utilizing stationary bikes, this class gradually increases your cardiovascular fitness by simulating hills, flats and speed work all set to music and/or timed intervals. All levels welcome!

Cycle Offerings:

  • Mondays and Wednesdays: 7:30 - 8:30 am
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays: 7:00 - 8:00 am
  • Mondays and Wednesdays: 12:00 - 1:00 pm
  • Mondays and Wednesdays: 7:45 - 8:45 pm

Barre

Ditch your sneakers for this ballet-inspired class! This class builds cardiorespiratory endurance, strength, and flexibility in a low-impact manner by combining ballet-inspired movements with elements of Pilates, Yoga, and strength training. Perfect for all fitness levels. No ballet experience needed!

Barre Offerings:

  • Wednesdays and Fridays: 8:30-9:30am

Yoga for Balance

Ready to enhance your yoga practice and find balance? This class combines the breath, flexibility, and standing and floor postures to improve physical balance and balance in life.  

Yoga for Balance Offerings:

  • Mondays and Wednesdays: 6:30-7:30am
