Small Group Training

Looking for a personal training experience in a group setting? Then Small Group Training is just the thing for you. Join others and workout with a single goal in mind. These 6-week sessions will each focus on different aspects of fitness for the well-rounded athlete; from yoga to running, find the group that is right for you!

Registration Instructions:

  • Go to urecregister.jmu.edu
  • Log in with your E-ID
  • In the Search Programs box, type in Small Group Training
  • Ensure that the correct semester is selected on the left hand side
  • Select the program you'd like to sign up for
  • Register!
Spring 2020 Schedule

The first Spring Small Group Training session will take place January 27th - March 6th, 2020. The price for one 6-week session of a class is $50. All Small Group Training fees are non-refundable.

Demo Classes will take place January 13th - January 24th, 2020 and are free.

Couch to 5K

Mondays & Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30 a.m., Personal Training Room (in UREC Wellness Center)
