Parth is the Graduate Assistant for Sport Clubs. He primarily oversees the Sport Club Council, is the direct contact for roughly 10 sport clubs, and assists with training for all the clubs at UREC. Parth is pursuing a master’s degree in Sport and Recreation Leadership with a concentration in Campus Recreation and is expected to graduate in May 2027. He did his undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering at Texas Tech University with a minor in mathematics.

Parth began working in campus recreation at Texas Tech University as a volleyball and soccer official. He worked his way up to become an Intramural Supervisor, Facilities Supervisor, and an Office Manager amongst other roles. He loves everything about campus recreation and how every single area requires collaboration with other areas to function at its best. His favorite part about working at UREC is the amazing community and atmosphere, which is especially because of the unique mix of staff members with different personalities here. He also loves how his job can look very different every day and appreciates the variety.

When Parth has free time, he loves playing intramural sports, hanging out with the other Graduate Assistants, and watching sports. You can count on him rooting for Texas Tech, the Las Vegas Raiders and the Golden State Warriors.
