The advisor you nominate must have been your advisor within the 2024 (January-December) calendar year. Please submit nomination forms by December 2, 2024.

All nominees will be notified by University Advising and will be asked to submit Department Head approval, supporting materials including a maximum of 3 letters of recommendation (one being from a student), a statement about their advising philosophy (maximum length 1,000 words) and a resume or curriculum vita.
