Eligibility
- First-year or new transfer student (started at JMU Fall 2023)
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- In good academic standing
- Enrolled in at least 6 credit hours in the spring semester
Benefits
Students will gain essential research skills while being involved in a faculty mentorship. Along with these, students will be paid $1,000 for their work with the program.
Application
You must review the list of available research projects and select exactly three you might like to be involved in to indicate on your application. This is due to a surplus of applications and limited project space. Note that listing one project will not increase your chances of selection for that one but will decrease your chances of selection overall. Complete the application form below.
