Choosing a research program and selecting a research adviser can be a daunting task. There are so many options! Besides, it is not clear where a given field of study will take you or even if you are qualified to do the research. If you are worried about that, we are here to help!
Sign up for the Take a Researcher to Lunch program. It is simple; click on the link below and fill in a form with your information and of the researcher you want to meet. We will send two meal vouchers to the professor's mailbox. Then, you just need to contact the professor and schedule a lunch or coffee at your preferred dining location at JMU.
Applications for the fall semester are open until June 15, or until the vouchers have been exhausted. Vouchers must be used by June 30, 2024. This program is open to JMU graduate students only.
