Fitness Center Orientations
Are you new to working out or are you interested in switching things up? Register for a Fitness Center Orientation to help you take your workout to the next level! There are two Fitness Center Orientation options, Individual and Group.
The Individual Fitness Center Orientation is a 1-on-1 orientation session with a UREC Fitness Manager that will be personalized to meet your goals and can include any of the following: tour of the facility, Fitness Center policy and procedure, how to use a piece of equipment, how to perform a specific lift or movement, and basic fitness program guidelines.
The Group Fitness Center Orientations include a tour of the facility, Fitness Center policy and procedure, how to use a piece of equipment, how to perform a specific lift or movement, and basic fitness program guidelines in a group setting.
