Description: Clarity in communication requires knowing our wants and needs, but sometimes people don't know what they want! Really skillful listening can help others identify their wants and needs. Nonviolent Communication (NVC) was designed as a way of resolving conflict, yet its application is wide-ranging and its use improves understanding and compassion and strives to meet the needs of all involved.
