The 8 Talent Development competencies now have cards that you can collect! There are 167 in all. Beginning in February, we encourage you to ACT: Attend workshops – Collect cards – and Think of ways to practice competencies.

Talent Development (TD) has 8 professional competencies at this time: Administrative Skills;
Communication; Diversity/Equity/Inclusion (DEI); Customer Service;

Communication workshops are designed for individuals, teams or departments that would like to increase awareness and understanding of both effective and ineffective communication practices. More details
