Employees don’t quit jobs, they quit bosses. The secret to keeping good employees is simple, treat your team members as people first and employees second. In the end, keeping the good ones comes down to connecting with your employees on a regular basis. The great news is that this doesn’t cost a dime.

In this workshop participants will:

  • Learn the three main reasons employees leave
  • Learn strategies for connecting with your employees
  • Learn strategies for showing your employees you appreciate them
  • Use practical tools to keep the good people you already have
  • Develop an action plan to help your employees feel that they are growing
