The Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI Program) offers a course that introduces key concepts in export compliance. The training includes information relevant to:

- Operational departments
- International shipping
- Purchasing
- International and foreign waters
- International collaborations
- U.S. sanctions programs
- Distance education
- Technology transfer
This course is designed to help researchers and staff understand the regulatory requirements and institutional responsibilities related to export controls.

Go to https://about.citiprogram.org/ and Log In Through My Organization or Register.

Add a course under Learner Tools.

Select ONLY "I need to take a course in Export Compliance (EC)."

Confirm yes to the question "Would you like to take the Export Compliance (EC) course?"

From the Main Menu, select "Start Now" under Courses Ready to Begin.
