Before submitting a proposal to a Public Health Service (PHS) agency or the National Science Foundation (NSF), the Principal Investigator (PI) and any individual involved in the design, conduct, or reporting of the research must complete the following:

Submit a Financial Interest Disclosure Form
This form must be submitted before proposal submission to disclose any potential financial conflicts of interest. -
Complete Online FCOI Training
Training must be completed before any funds are spent on an awarded project. This ensures compliance with PHS regulations and helps protect the integrity of the research.

Go to https://about.citiprogram.org/ and Log In Through My Organization or Register.

Add a course under Learner Toools.

Select ONLY "I need to take courses involving “Conflict of Interest."

From the Main Menu, select "Start Now" to begin the course.
