Beth is so grateful to have joined this wonderful university. She is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio but has lived in Harrisonburg for the last 6 years. Beth chose the field of emergency medicine because she has a strong desire to serve others without regard to background, belief systems, or financial means. She also believes that by educating others, individuals can be active participants in their care and make informed decisions about their health and treatment plans. Beth’s background in emergency medicine and desire to teach makes the JMU urgent care center a perfect blend.
In her free time, Beth enjoys running, swimming, watching sporting events, and spending time with her husband and two children.
