Chairperson of the External Board; President & CEO, One Degree Consulting
Paula Bowens is the President and CEO of her company, One Degree Consulting. Bowens is a sales/marketing, business development, and entrepeneur professional. She served as the President of JMU's Black Alumni Chapter from 2020-2021. Bowens is the current Chairperson of AAAD's External Board.
