Transfer On-Site Admissions
Interested in knowing your chances of admission into JMU before submitting an application? Register for one of our Transfer On-Site Admissions events. During this event, students will meet one-on-one with an Admissions Counselor to discuss the likelihood of being admitted to JMU.
Transfer Student Information Session and Tour
Interested in learning more about transferring to JMU? Register for our Transfer Student Information Session and Tour event. This session was designed to give information to potential transfer students from both two year and four year colleges. After the information session, you will be given a tour of campus led by a JMU student tour guide. Click the link below to register:

Decision Inquiry
Received your admissions decision and wish to discuss that decision with an admissions counselor? Complete the the Decision Inquiry Form. Inquiries will become part of the applicant's permanent record.
Due to FERPA privacy laws, we can only discuss information for freshman applicants with the student, the counselor, and the parent(s)/guardian(s) listed in the application. For transfer students, we can only discuss information with the student who applied.
