Decision Inquiry
Received your admissions decision and wish to discuss that decision with an admissions counselor? Complete the Decision Inquiry Form. Inquiries will become part of the applicant's permanent record.
Due to FERPA privacy laws, we can only discuss information for first-year applicants with the student, the counselor, and the parent(s)/guardian(s) listed in the application. For transfer students, we can only discuss information with the student who applied.
