The One Book
The One Book website is now closed for Fall 2024 students. Information about the One Book website for incoming Spring 2025 students will be coming soon!
Summer Orientation
Summer Orientation is a one day, on-campus or virtual, event that assists students in their transition to JMU! During the day students will meet with an Orientation Peer Adviser (OPA), learn about campus resources & academic expectations at JMU.

Weeks of Welcome
In August you will have the opportunity to connect with other incoming students and be immersed in several academic and social programs. These events will begin with move-in, and run through the first few weeks to help you get to know JMU better.
