As the Operations Manager for Union Event Services, I oversee the daily operations of The Union with a primary focus on building maintenance, facility repairs, capital improvement projects, and ensuring our spaces remain safe, functional, and welcoming for the campus community. I work closely with campus partners to identify operational needs, coordinate maintenance and renovation efforts, and enhance the overall building experience for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. In addition to facility operations, I support event services by collaborating with event organizers and student staff to help ensure successful events and exceptional customer service throughout The Union.
