Ada Hale serves as the Event Scheduling Coordinator for the Union Scheduling Team within Event Management. She helps bring your campus events to life by overseeing reservation requests for more than 120 West Campus spaces, primarily within The Union and West Campus Student Life spaces. From the initial EMS request through final confirmation, Ada guides event organizers through the reservation process and coordinates approval timelines with campus partners. She also directly manages scheduling for Wilson Hall Auditorium and Hillside Field, while overseeing billing, invoicing, contracts, and off-campus facility rentals. Passionate about creating welcoming and accessible experiences, Ada is grateful for opportunities to remove barriers, foster a sense of belonging, and build community at JMU.
