Megan provides event planning and coordination support for student organizations, university departments, conferences, and off-campus guests utilizing Union-supported spaces. Much of her work focuses on supervising the Union Event Operations team, which is responsible for setting up and supporting every event hosted within the Union.

In addition, Megan oversees a structured Work-Based Learning Experience (WBLE) for her student staff, fostering career readiness, professional growth, and meaningful hands-on experience. She also serves as the Union’s secondary building coordinator, assisting with work orders related to facilities, housekeeping, accessibility, and building maintenance needs.
