Description: In this two part workshop you will learn how to describe the similarities and differences between the roles of coach, mentor, advisor, trainer, and counselor. Define the qualities of a leader with a coaching mindset versus a task-oriented mindset (or a developmental mindset vs. Performance-only mindset) and learn how to describe a professional example of when you felt reactive rather than responsive when communicating with a supervisor, direct report or colleague.
