Accessibility is a priority at all of our workshops. The following accommodations are available at every session to ensure all participants can fully engage and participate in the learning experience.

• Suggested microphone use for workshop sessions with 12 or more participants 
• Seating without arms 
• ADA compliant PowerPoint slides and handouts (NOTE: TD facilitators use a TD template. We cannot guarantee that non-TD facilitator materials will include the same considerations.) 
• Captions for all videos 
• A QR code for most slides being presented 
• Printed copies of slides at each table for many workshops 
• Encouraged movement and or standing during workshop sessions 
• Fidget toys at each table 
• Blankets for warmth 
• Puzzles in workshop rooms for focus 
• Parking information supplied in advance 
• Overview of workshop rooms and emergency plan at the beginning of every session 
• Seating arranged in small groups 
• At least one break for each hour of workshop time 
• Enrollment caps appropriate for topic Workshop Accommodations
