Description:
Change is hard. But it is also necessary. This program uses the Prosci ADKAR Model to help you navigate your way through change by preparing yourself in advance. We will address your concerns and equip you with the skills and framework necessary to thrive through change.
You'll also learn how to define and accept your role in change, plus gain practical frameworks for helping others through the change process.
NOTE: Lunch is provided.
