on the corner of MLK Way and Mason St.

There is NO emergency room facility in the University Health Center. In the event of a life-threatening emergency call (540) 568-6911 from on-campus or 911 from off campus.
What is MyJMUChart?
MyJMUChart is a secure online patient portal which gives students the ability to schedule or cancel appointments, receive secure messages from the University Health Center, access lab results and visit summaries, complete forms, access receipts and enter their medical and immunization history. The health center works to provide an open and inclusive atmosphere that respects our students’ identities. Students can also edit their profile to include preferred name, gender and pronouns. We encourage students to talk openly with their healthcare provider so they can provide more individualized care.

How to log on to MyJMUChart:
- Navigate to MyJMUChart. Okta authentication is needed to access your account.
- Log in using your JMU eID and password.
- Complete the Okta authentication.

Parking is available in the Mason Street Deck. Please call to get a parking code at 540-568-6178.

Rescheduling and Canceling Appointments
All appointments scheduled online or by phone can be canceled online. Any cancellation or rescheduling for Nutrition or Travel appointments must be made by calling the Health Center.
Please provide at least a one-hour cancellation notice, this includes rescheduling.
There is a fine for those who are late, do not show or do not provide the required cancellation notice.
**If the University is closed or delayed due to inclement weather, we will be on the University's schedule. If you have an appointment during that time, please reschedule using MyJMUChart or when the university opens call (540) 568-6178 option 2.**

- Click on Education tab
- Review any specific documents about your current condition or visit reason
- Also available here is self-care information for common symptoms experienced by college students
To review the treatment plan discussed at my visit:
- Click on Visit Summary tab
- Review the visit summary for the day you were seen
To review my lab results:
- Click on Lab Result tab
- Review results from the day you were seen
To submit a form:
- Clinic on Forms tab
- Choose the appropriate form to submit
- Examples include the Tb assessment form, STI screening form, PREP screening form, GYT form
To update my phone number and/or address:
- Phone number and address changes must be submitted through MyMadison
- This information will be automatically transferred to your MyJMUChart
To get a copy of your bill:
- Click on Statement tab
- Go to the appropriate date of service (the day you were seen in the office)
