Lidia Soto-Harmon is President and CEO of the Student Conservation Association (SCA), the nation's largest youth conservation service organization. She leads SCA's work to engage more than 2,000 young people each year in restoring public lands, reducing wildfire risk, protecting historic and cultural resources, and strengthening communities through hands-on service. A passionate advocate for experiential learning, she regularly works alongside SCA crews in the field and believes meaningful responsibility develops the next generation of leaders.

Having grown up in Latin America, Lidia brings a global perspective to her leadership. Fluent in English and Spanish, she enjoys speaking with audiences about leadership, service, and developing the next generation of changemakers.

Before joining SCA, Lidia served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Girl Scouts Nation's Capital, the largest Girl Scout council in the country, and previously held leadership roles with First Book, the U.S. Department of State, and the Fannie Mae Foundation. She holds a Master of Public Administration from George Mason University and a bachelor's degree from Drew University.
