Charge: The purpose of the committee is to represent all faculty in the hearing of appeals regarding the following issues: tenure and promotion, contract renewal, and sanctions following a completed complaint or grievance process. The Faculty Appeals Committee (FAC) is comprised of 16 non-administrative faculty elected from each college, the Libraries, and University Studies.
