Exchange Quota

You are allocated 1.5GB of total storage on the Exchange server for your mailbox, calendar, contacts, tasks and notes. When your storage approaches the 1.5GB limit, you may be unable to send and receive new mail until you permanently delete some of your existing content on the Exchange server. After logging in, follow the steps below to determine your quota usage.

In Outlook Web App (OWA)

  1. In the left hand navigation pane, click Mail.
  2. In the upper left, hover your mouse pointer over your name at the top of the Mail folder list.

A small window appears that shows the current size of your mailbox and your mailbox limits, too.
