I have a new employee, how do I reset their voice mailbox?
Send email to telecom@jmu.edu. Include your department name, department org number, the first and last name of the new user and the telephone number which you would like to reset the voice mailbox.  We will contact you once the voice mailbox has been reset.  Once the mailbox has been reset you may find instructions for setting up new voice mail on our website at www.jmu.edu.
