Arki joined the Talent Development team in September 2026, as an Event and Office Support (EOS) Student Assistant. She is a sophomore at James Madison University majoring in Finance. In her role, she assists with workshops, events, administrative responsibilities, and team projects. She helps create a welcoming and organized environment for JMU employees by supporting event preparation, assisting participants, and contributing to the day-to-day operations of the office. Outside of work, Arki enjoys baking and spending time with her family and friends.
