Stephanie is a graduate assistant working for the Challace McMillin Center for Sport Psychology. She is a current graduate student in James Madison University’s Combined-Integrated Doctoral Program in Clinical and School Psychology. Stephanie received her Master of Arts in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver in 2024, and her Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from the University of Toronto in 2021. While at DU, Stephanie worked within the Center of Performance Excellence as a mental performance consultant for The Colorado Rapids Youth Soccer Club, as well as within Denver Public Schools athletic department. She also acted as a Program Liaison for Strong Girls United, a nonprofit organization with a mission to empower girls and women to be strong, confident, and resilient through sports, mentorship, and mental health programming. Stephanie’s work includes team workshops and individual performance enhancement sessions that are tailored to fit individual needs, enhance awareness, promote self-regulation skills, and foster athletic resilience. She also has experience supporting individuals in performing arts and aesthetic sports, helping them navigate the unique psychological demands of these environments.
