Dr. Kadir Ayhan is the Associate Director of the Office of Research Development, as well as continuing to serve the research development needs of the College of Education and AAAD.  Kadir is also a mixed-methods researcher and policy analyst with expertise in Korean foreign policy, diplomacy, public diplomacy, and international education.
