Nate Riddle is a strategic leader whose career spans health systems, higher education, and local nonprofits. He currently serves as Executive Director of a human services organization supporting the Harrisonburg and Rockingham community. 

Nate earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master of Public Administration from Regent University, and a Doctor of Public Administration from California Baptist University. 

Grounded in his work as a practitioner, Dr. Riddle's academic interests center on governance and strategic management, with an emphasis on nonprofit innovation. He is recognized for leading cross-sector initiatives that strengthen communities and advance social welfare.
