This year, JMU's Department of Political Science and the Modern European Studies program will support the participation of 10 students in the 29th annual Mid-Atlantic European Union Simulation (eu-simulation.org) in Washington, DC from Nov. 11 through Nov. 13, 2021.

Funding has been arranged to cover the participating students' transportation to Washington; two nights of hotel accommodation; and a number of meals.

Over 100 students from colleges and universities throughout the mid-Atlantic region will participate in the simulation. The simulation will deal with an important set of issues related to the European Green Deal.
