Student Employment- Undergraduate Opportunities

Student Case Administrators  - Applications are closed for the 2022-2023 Academic Year.

Student Case Administrators serve as Case Administrators in the Office of Student Accountability and Restorative Practices, conducting one-on-one Administrative Case Reviews for students who have an alleged policy violation(s) and making decisions of whether or not the Responding Party is responsible for violating policy and, if applicable, sanctions. Student Case Administrators are undergraduate staff members in the Office of Student Accountability and Restorative Practices; participating in staff training and professional development, assisting with training of members of the Accountability Board, and assisting in the recruitment and selection of staff and volunteers. Student Case Administrators are selected in collaboration with the Student Government Association.

Personal Success Program Assistant - Applications are closed for the 2022-2023 Academic Year.

The Personal Success Program Assistant position serves as a coordinator for students completing the Mentor Experience Program in the Office of Student Accountability and Restorative Practices (OSARP).

Restorative Practices Program Assistant - Applications are closed for the 2022-2023 Academic Year.

Thie Restorative Practices Program Assistant performs a variety of duties to support the Restorative Practices unit of the Office of Student Accountability and Restorative Practices (OSARP).

Office Assistant - (Federal Work Study Position) - Applications are currently closed for the 2022-2023 Academic Year.

The Office Assistant position is a federal work study position available through the Office of Student Accountability and Restorative Practices. This position is responsible for many administrative tasks, including answering phones, entering data, and providing customer service. Responsibility and attention to detail are essential to Program and Office Assistants, as they handle a great deal of important and confidential data.

Members of the Accountability Board act as the original decision making body for cases in which a student is charged with minor, major, or flexible policy violations as classified by the Office of Student Accountability and Restorative Practices. These panels evaluate evidence, apply policy, and weigh the perspective of the Responding Party and witnesses to determine if the Responding Party is responsible or not responsible for violating policy and, if necessary, assign sanctions for the case.
