Employment - Undergraduate Student Opportunities
Student Case Administrators - Applications are closed for the 2023-2024 Academic Year.
Student Case Administrators are undergraduate students who conduct one-on-one Administrative Case Reviews for students who have an alleged policy violation(s) and determine whether or not the Responding Party is responsible for violating policy and, if applicable, assign sanctions. Student Case Administrators are undergraduate staff members in the Office of Student Accountability and Restorative Practices who participate in staff training and professional development; assist with various programs, outreach opportunities, and educational programs; and collaborate in the recruitment and selection of staff and volunteers. Student Case Administrators are selected in collaboration with the Student Government Association.
Restorative Practices Program Assistant - Applications are closed for the 2023-2024 Academic Year.
The Restorative Practices Program Assistant performs a variety of duties to support the Restorative Practices unit of the Office of Student Accountability and Restorative Practices (OSARP). The Restorative Practices unit guides individuals through intentional processes centered on conflict prevention and conflict management by promoting empathy, accountability, and community well-being.
Office Assistant - (Federal Work Study Position) - Applications are currently closed for the 2023-2024 Academic Year. OSARP will likely begin accepting applications for this position in the summer of 2023.
The Office Assistant position is a federal work study position available through the Office of Student Accountability and Restorative Practices. This position is responsible for many administrative tasks, including answering phones, entering data, and providing customer service. Responsibility and attention to detail are essential to Program and Office Assistants, as they handle a great deal of important and confidential data.

Members of the Accountability Board act as the original decision making body for cases in which a student is charged with minor, major, or flexible policy violations as classified by the Office of Student Accountability and Restorative Practices. These panels evaluate evidence, apply policy, and weigh the perspective of the Responding Party and witnesses to determine if the Responding Party is responsible or not responsible for violating policy and, if necessary, assign sanctions for the case.
