James Madison University has an expansive campus composed of numerous buildings and halls. We know that without direction, navigating campus can be a little daunting. To make your entrance to JMU easier, we've compiled a short list of the places that new employees shouldn't miss!

Wine Price Building
Wine-Price
Wine-Price houses Human Resources, Procurement, and Talent Development. Visit Wine-Price for new employee onboarding, benefits enrollment, training and development, and human resource questions.
Student Success Center (SSC)
Student Success Center

Visit Card Services on the second floor of the Student Success Center to pick up your JMU Access Card, otherwise known as the JACard campus-wide. Be sure to bring your ID with you and look your best because they will snap your picture for your JACard on the spot!

University Services Building (USB)

Housing the facilities department, USB is the destination for your building keys.

Tip: Make sure to bring your work order with you to USB when you pick up your keys!

University Recreation Center (UREC)
University Recreation Center

JMU's award-winning recreation facility provides free access to indoor and outdoor recreation spaces around campus for all faculty and staff. Spouses of JMU employees may apply for Spouse URAC (University Recreation Access Cards) to access UREC's facilities with or without the company of their JMU-employed spouse. Immediate family members may accompany faculty and staff free of charge during family hours on weekends and during spring, summer, and winter breaks!

JMU Bookstore

Visit the bookstore for all of your JMU swag! With the exception of computers and laptops, JMU employees receive 15% off merchandise store-wide!
