A Provisional Access Request form is required for all ePAR NEW hire transactions specific to Full-Time Instructional Faculty (112600) and Adjunct Faculty (114500) classifications. The form is used to collect necessary information for NEW hire individuals who need early access to JMU systems, such as Canvas and email. This form is completed using an Adobe Sign workflow, which ensures secure routing and collection of required data.
